We had 3 families vacationing together and this place was great and there was room for all of us! The upstairs was a bit toasty when we checked in (only 1 vent on the 3rd level)but by the next morning it had cooled off to be comfortable for the rest of the stay. The host also contacted someone to come check out the cooling system and they did do a couple things to help with the a/c. There were a few fans so we could get air circulation going to cool it off! The hot tub was a favorite of all as well as the tv/gaming area on the 2nd floor for the kids to enjoy! Plenty of space that our large group could be together and still have enough space! Very nice house and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! Friendly neighborhood as well! If we are ever going to this area in the future I would definitely stay there again!

We had 30+ people staying in 3 houses at Alpine Basin. They were all within easy walking distance to each other and the clubhouse that we also rented. We really enjoyed using the pool on site along with the great patios/decks at the houses. Each house was able to accommodate our group, with everything we needed. The clubhouse was a great spot for our group to gather for meals. You'll want to grab some disposable plates/silverware/cups as it is not stocked like the houses.

Had a family gathering of 12. Lots of space. Very accommodating. Clean. Loved the hot tub. Everything we needed was there from kitchen needs to storage. Master suite was good size. However, bed was a bit too firm for us. Enjoyed ourselves.
